Item: PW238

Unique hand painted wood plate.  Is marked Germany, 1948 with the national eagle and shield, flanked by a couple of 48 star American flags and a US Army Europe shoulder patch, all artistically painted on.  Measures about 7.5" diameter.  Back has faint maker's stamp.
