WWII era US Army Double Buckle Tanker Boots Named

Original WWII era double buckle tanker style boots.  I'm pretty sure these were custom made just after the war possibly in Europe .  No manufacturer's markings.  Size is about a 10.  Sole and heels are leather.  Boots are a matched pair.  Have original laces.  Were originally brown but latter dyed black.  In good used condition with moderate sole wear.  Inside of each are named to Lt Col. Harold V. Maixner with serial number.  A short bio is included on him with the boots.  He served with the 94th Infantry division and was awarded the Silver Star.
