WWI Army 140th Ambulance Company Canteen Cover

Original standard issue M1910 canteen cover.  Front is marked for the 140th AC (Ambulance Company) attached to the 35th Infantry Division and stationed in France during the war.  Front center also shows a stenciling of a medical caduceus.  Bottom is marked "AC 140 No. / 47-W.T.C. / C.E.C."  Cover is also stamped by the manufacturer Miller-Hexter 1917.  Very choice condition.
