Original WWI canvas 1st pattern M-1907 T-handled shovel cover.  It is maker marked RIA 1909.  Condition is mint unissued.  Leather is fully intact and marked TCC RIA 1909.  The original hanger was removed and factory replaced with the updated brass wire hanger.
